Expert International Marketing Budgeting and KPI Steering (all gender)

• Budget Planning: Defining initial budget allocations at country, monthly, and channel levels, as well as supporting annual target setting
  
• Budget Steering: Operational budget management and continuous monitoring of budget utilization based on predefined KPI targets
  
• Stakeholder Management: Leading and moderating operational and strategic budget approval meetings with international country teams and individual budget owners
  
• Financial Forecasting: Taking ownership of the creation and quality assurance of group-wide financial forecasts in close collaboration with Controlling and Finance teams
  
• Performance Optimization: Steering necessary budget shifts and re-allocations to achieve target KPIs, as well as preparing management-level presentations

• Financial Expertise: Proven track record in financial planning and budget management, ideally complemented by hands-on knowledge of SAP/IOM
  
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to identify variances and derive accurate forecast adjustments
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities within an international environment, with business fluency in both English and German
  
• Structured Approach: Highly process-oriented mindset with strict adherence to commercial business procedures and compliance standards
  
• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to seamlessly synchronize top-down targets with specific local market requirements
